AFA Cancellation Policy

Below is the explanation of the AFA Cancellation Policy for your references.

The transactions made in AFA User App are refundable and not refundable based on the below terms:

  1. Cancellation made less than 24 hours before a game start is = 0 refund

  2. Cancellation made between 24 hours - 48 hours before game start is = 50% refund

  3. Cancellation made at least 48 hours before a game start is = a full refund

All bookings that has being cancelled will be refunded via Voucher Form only and it is not separable.

The voucher form and terms will be sent to your registered email with AFA User App within 4-5 working days (not including Weekends and Public Holidays). If you have any further inquiries, do not hesitate to inform us. We will be glad to assist you.
