A: Yes we do! Our payment gateway provider is secure and accepts credit card from all over the world including Brunei.

Q: When will my parcel arrive? (updated 1 Jan 2024)

A: Parcel will be collected every FRIDAY, and delivered to your doorstep within the same day or the next day subject to service availability.

Q: Do you offer home delivery?

A: Yes! Fill in your address during checkout and our delivery service will send the parcel to your specified address.

Q: Is my parcel insured?

A: Yes! Our deliveries comes with basic insurance coverage provided by our delivery service provider. Please report any damages due to the delivery service provider within 24 hours.

Q: What is the charges for your delivery?

A: Delivery from Miri to Brunei starts from RM20 per volumetric weight basis.

Q: Is there any cutoff date for delivery?

A: Yes. Please place your order 1 day before parcel collection date (refer above) to avoid any delivery delays. Additional service such as stringing service may also take additional time.

Q: Do you offer declaration or permit application?

A: Declaration or permit application will be arrange by our delivery service provider.

Q: Do I need to pay for import duty?

A: Yes. Duty payment on any dutiable goods will be borne by the customer and arranged our delivery service provider. Please refer to your local customs for more information.

Q: Can I track my parcel?

A: No. Tracking service is not yet available. However, our delivery service provider will contact you for delivery attempts.
